PSSTF wins for Disabled Veteran Contractor

Attorneys within the Page Scrantom Sprouse Tucker & Ford, P.C. Litigation Practice Group recently recovered in excess of $590,000 on behalf of a Disabled Veteran subcontractor on a Miller Act Claim filed against its general contractor, for damages arising from a dispute over a construction project at Fort Benning, Georgia. Mayor taps PSSTF attorney for Rail Commission

Kudos to Linda Nguyen, who was recently appointed by Mayor Teresa Tomlinson to the Mayor’s Passenger Rail Commission.
