Page, Scrantom, Sprouse, Tucker & Ford partner Chandler W. Riley was appointed by Mayor Teresa Tomlinson to the city of Columbus’ Alcohol Ordinance Advisory Board. This advisory board, comprised of city leaders, elected officials, city employees and concerned citizens, reviewed the city’s regulations and ordinances pertaining to the governance of alcohol issues. PSSTF wins for Disabled Veteran Contractor
Attorneys within the Page Scrantom Sprouse Tucker & Ford, P.C. Litigation Practice Group recently recovered in excess of $590,000 on behalf of a Disabled Veteran subcontractor on a Miller Act Claim filed against its general contractor, for damages arising from a dispute over a construction project at Fort Benning, Georgia. Mayor taps PSSTF attorney for Rail Commission
Kudos to Linda Nguyen, who was recently appointed by Mayor Teresa Tomlinson to the Mayor’s Passenger Rail Commission. The Mayor formed the commission, which is made up of business leaders, transportation officials, elected officials and citizens, to study the feasibility of a passenger rail line from Columbus to Atlanta, Georgia.
