Mr. Sillitto’s practice focuses primarily on probate and administration of estates; fiduciary representation; guardianships and powers of attorney; prenuptial agreements; charitable planning and asset transfer; tax implications and planning. Trusts often prepared include:

Mr. Sillitto is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Section on Fiduciary Law. He is also a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Columbus Inn of Court and Columbus Estate Planning Council.

After graduating from Vanderbilt University, Mr. Sillitto attended Georgia State University, where he obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude.
