Mr. Mullins concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, including insurance defense work, local government law, and probate.

He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia; Columbus Bar Association, of which he was President from 2000-2001; Georgia Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute.

He is a graduate of the University of Georgia (undergraduate and law school).
