Ms. Johnson’s practice involves corporate and business representation entailing general corporate matters, taxation and acquisitions and dispositions of businesses.

Ms. Johnson is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, the Columbus Bar Association, and the Columbus Inn of Court. She currently serves on the board of directors at the Family Center in Columbus, Georgia. Additionally, she was the Administrative Editor on the Mercer Law Review, 2010-2011 and a member of the Brainerd Currie Honor Society; National Order of Scribes, Mercer Law Review, 2009-2010; Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society; and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

After graduating from Auburn University with a B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, Ms. Johnson attended Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude.
