J. Wayne Hadden
Mr. Hadden concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, corporate and business law, and tax-exempt organizations. After graduating from the University of Georgia with an A.B. degree in political science, Mr. Hadden obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and an LL. M. degree from Emory University School of Law (Taxation). Since then, he has engaged in the practice of law for over 42 years, most of that time in LaGrange, Georgia. He has prepared countless wills, trusts and related documents for clients, and provided legal advice with respect to numerous estates. He has assisted corporations and other legal entities with their legal needs by providing legal guidance to boards on corporate governance, creating and dissolving business entities, and implementing business succession plans. He has also handled numerous business acquisitions, sales and mergers. He has presented programs on various aspects of wills and estate planning to organizations and groups in Troup County and has provided legal representation for several non-profit organizations. He and his wife Sallie have one son, Will.
