Mr. Hinds concentrates his practice in the area of business and tax, with an emphasis in health benefits, employee benefits, ERISA, estate planning, transactional matters, and business and corporate planning.

Mr. Hinds is a member of the Alabama State Bar; State Bar of Georgia (Chairperson, Taxation Section, 1992-1993); President, Columbus Bar Association; Member, American Bar Association. After graduating from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Accounting, Mr. Hinds attended Cumberland School of Law of Samford University where he obtained his Juris Doctor. He then graduated from the University of Florida with an L.L.M. in taxation.
