Brand Jr., Robert (Rob) C.
Mr. Brand concentrates his practice in the area of loan restructuring and work-outs, loan sales and distressed asset disposition banking, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy.
Mr. Brand is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and Columbus Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Brand was a Member, Mercer Law Review, 1996-1997; Member, Mercer Moot Court Board, 1996-1997; National Member – Order of the Barristers; Author, “United States v. Armstrong: Permissible Prosecutorial Discretion?” 48 Mercer Law Review 1309, 1997.
After graduating from Mercer University with a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, Mr. Brand attended Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor.
