PSSTF wins for Disabled Veteran Contractor

Attorneys within the Page Scrantom Sprouse Tucker & Ford, P.C. Litigation Practice Group recently recovered in excess of $590,000 on behalf of a Disabled Veteran subcontractor on a Miller Act Claim filed against its general contractor, for damages arising from a dispute over a construction project at Fort Benning, Georgia. The general contractor paid the full amount of the award and withdrew its counterclaim against the subcontractor within 30 days. The award represented the total amount sought in the action together with costs.
